Keeping yourself active in winter

Despite the cold, rain, wind and maybe even snow, there are still ways to keep yourself active in the wintertime.  It’s been scientifically proven that keeping busy and doing exercise is a significant boost to your mental health as well as your physical well being. Whilst it might be tempting to stay inside and have a nice bit of chocolate or finish off the Christmas cake getting out about is better for you.
